Clara Lucille Donaldson, 90, of Gladstone, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026 in Liberty, MO. She was born December 21, 1935 in St. Joseph, MO, to the late Clarence and Georgia Casebolt. She was married to the love of her life the late Sam Donaldson for 37 years. She worked at Liberty Public Schools for 35 years in the food services department.
Clara was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Georgia Casebolt, brothers, Jimmie Lee, Henry “Sonny”, and Clarence Casebolt Jr., sisters, Rosie Denbow, Beverly Livick, Nancy Casebolt, Georgia Thomas and Ella Mae Casebolt.
Survivors include, her precious daughter Barbara Sharp: grandchildren Patrick Smith, Danny & Patricia Sharp, Chris & Amber Sharp, Ashley & Michael Beverly and Tadd Sharp: great-grandchildren CarLee Love, Ashton Sharp, Teri-Jean Sharp, Savannah Sharp, Tristan Beverly, Azayah Sharp, Lane Sharp and Kyler Sharp: great-great-grandchildren Remington Labrozzi, Athena Labrozzi and Bentley Bost: sister Fern Hill and brother Robert Casebolt, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at 10:30 am with a funeral service at 11:00 am, Friday, February 20, 2026 at Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, 119 E. Franklin St., Liberty, Missouri.
