A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 12 at 1:00 pm at Holly’s Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
Surviving is her mother, Kristen Johnson of the home; father, Charles Herbert of Liberty; sister, Chawnisty Waden; brothers, DJ Daye,
Malik Herbert, and Adonye Herbert; maternal grandparents, Charlie Johnson and Margaret Johnson of Liberty; paternal grandparents, Bobby Herbert of Graham and Evelyn Herbert of Liberty; great-grandmothers, Dorothy Stanley and Ruth Smith both of Liberty; aunts, uncles and host of close cousins.
