He loved farming and being on his tractor, gardening, bluegrass music, jokes, go-kart racing and his "adopted" grandkids.
The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 from 10:00 until 10:45 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Christian Church, 1712 Pleasant Hill Liberty Road, Liberty, NC. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. He will be laid to rest in Pleasant Hill Christian Church Cemetery.
He was the son of the late James "Boss" and Beulah Turner Lowe and was also preceded in death by his wife, Betty Fogleman Lowe; son, Michael Lowe; a younger brother; and adopted son, Terry Rotenberry.
Bobby is survived by his adopted family, Kimberly Rotenberry, Ethan and Julie Rotenberry, Cody and Hanna Rotenberry, and Ava, Paxton, Jameson, Jolene and Tate Rotenberry.
