He was a good and loyal brother and friend who always had time to help everyone. Brian enjoyed working and caring for the family farm; it was his pride and joy. He was very loved and will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at The Loflin Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service.
He was the youngest of 12 children, son of the late Lester A. Clontz and Mary Phillippi Clontz and was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bill and Alan Clontz.
Surviving are his siblings: Judy Craddock of Great Mills, MD, Lynda Layton of Liberty, NC, Steven Clontz of Belews Creek, NC, Johnny Clontz, D'Ann Kivett, David Clontz, Richard Clontz, Donna Gilmore, and Jeffrey Clontz, all of Julian; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wells Fargo Bank, Brian Clontz Donation Fund.
