

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at Bethlehem United Methodist Church, in Climax, NC at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday May 1, 2016 with
Rev. Dr. Charles Hutchens officiating; following will be a reception for family
and friends in the Church Fellowship Hall.
Clara was born August 12, 1932 and was the oldest of four children. She was preceded in death by her parents Rody Fletcher Fields and Lillie P. Fields and by her daughter, Shirley Adams.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, James Crandall; son, John David White and his wife, Karen of Thomasville; two sisters, Nancy Golden of Climax and Joyce Tate of Efland; one brother, Robert Fields of Climax; four grandchildren, Angel Hudson and Chris Kinsey of Clayton, Mandy Furniss-Roe of Kernersville, and Adrienne Hewitt of Trinity and nine great-grandchildren.
At the family’s request, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethlehem United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 56 Climax, NC 27233 or to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Drive High Point, NC 27262-7009.
