Gerald Dale Walkos Sr.

A memorial service will be held at The Loflin Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Eugene Dean officiating. Following the memorial service, please join us for one last ride to Jerry’s house for a celebration.

He was the son of the late Edward and Elizabeth Lilly Walkos and was also preceded in death by one sister, Nell Fozard and two brothers, Edward S. Walkos and Allan Walkos.

Jerry is survived by his sons, Gerald Dale Walkos, Jr. and Danny Cook; daughter, Elizabeth Jean O’Sullivan and her husband, Patrick; step-son, Timothy Forzley and step-daughter, Brittany Sweeney; five grandchildren, Madison and Kaitlyn Walkos, Isabella and Rhyder Sweeney and Jadyn Forzley; sister, Pamela Ann Malloy and brother, William Walkos.
