The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. at Loflin Funeral Home, 212 W. Swannanoa Avenue, Liberty, NC. A graveside funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Lakeview Memorial Park, 3600 N. O. Henry Blvd, Greensboro, NC.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James Edward and Dorothy Alicia Bennett Floyd.
Daryl is survived by his daughter, Amanda Floyd York and her husband, Stephen; grandchildren, Spencer, Dylan and Conner York; and sisters, Alicia Hendren (Lonnie), Janice Cox, and Jodie Campbell (Jeff).
