A memorial service will be held on Wednesday evening, October 8, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. at The Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, the family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
Jan was born in Newport News, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Mead Santana and Dorothy Crowder Thompson. She grew up in Guilford County and was a member of the Grimsley High School Class of 1972. She loved animals, especially dogs.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Clinton Hill of the home; daughter, Jennifer Hill of Liberty; son, Jeff Hill of Greensboro; grandson, Evan Larson and sister, Diane Wilson of Greensboro and her beloved dogs, Sophie, Mac and Pepsi.
