Jesse Samuel Cole

Jesse was owner of Jesse Cole Concrete. He enjoyed participating in rodeo competitions of calf roping and cutting. He enjoyed playing the banjo, bluegrass music and flounder gigging whenever possible. Jesse had also served on the board of trustees and an usher at Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church in Liberty.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

He was the son of the late John Samuel and Rosa Lee Graves Cole and was also preceded in death by his daughter, Jodie Karole Laster and brother, Howard Cole.

Surviving is his wife of 63 years, Joel Smith Cole; daughter, Julie Cole Perkins (Larry); granddaughter, Alicia Muck; grandsons, Joshua Perkins, Michael Perkins; sisters, Savon Briggs, Connie Cole, Polly Laster; brothers Tommy Cole, Johnny Cole, Scott Cole, Mark Cole and George Cole.
