She attended Cedar Falls Baptist Church. Lois was born to be a caregiver, always putting others before herself; everyone that knew her, loved her. She was a loving wife, mom, sister and a friend to everyone.
For many years she was employed by Laughlin Hosiery Mill in Randleman.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at The Loflin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Russell Chriscoe officiating; burial will follow in The Kime Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening, December 1, 2021 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Loflin Funeral Home of Liberty.
Lois was the daughter of the late Jesse Daniel Farmer and Bessie Allred Farmer and was also preceded in death by her brother, Richard Farmer; sisters, Ruth Farmer, Kathryn Sumner, Mary Peele, Zellen Johnson and Helen Morrison.
Surviving is her son, James Kime (Brenda); daughters, Carolyn Butler (Boyd), and Sandra Ritch (Brian); grandchildren, Jamie Scott, Stephen Butler, Sydney Ritch and Noah Ritch; great-grandchildren, Robbie, Aiden, Allie, Candyce, and Kashton.
