A memorial service will be held at a later date in New Lebanon, OH.
She was the daughter of the late Roy and Annialee Gephart Root and was also preceded in death by her husband, Gary Johnson, Sr.; daughters, Cindy Anderson and Janet Harper; son-in-law, Larry Mansfield; and six brothers and sisters.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Vickey L. Mansfield; son, Gary Johnson, Jr. and his wife, Shonna; grandchildren, Amy Burke, David Anderson, Aaron Anderson and Garrett Johnson.
