The family will receive friends for a time of fellowship on Thursday, July 20, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Loflin Funeral Home, 212 West Swannanoa Avenue, Liberty.
Pattie was the daughter of Charles Fred and Jo Ann Fogleman, of Liberty, and is also survived by her son, Chuck Welborn; grandchildren, Acie Welborn, Charlie Welborn and Airionna Welborn; sister, Jennifer Phelps (Brad); nephews, Kody Phelps and Chad Phelps; and niece, Kailey Jolliff (David).
