

He was preceded in death by his wife Linda Miller Farster, and his parents Alvin Lee and Margaret Farster.
Pete was the owner and operator of Carolina Cable Contractors. He loved deep sea fishing at the Outer Banks. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #685 and a life Member of the NRA. Pete was also an active supporter of The Victory Junction Camp and The Wounded Warrior Project.
A memorial service will be held, Thursday, January 08, 2015 at 2pm at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Liberty, NC. The service will be led by longtime family friend, Gary Blevins. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at Loflin Funeral Home in Liberty, NC.
Surviving is his brother, John Benjamin Farster and wife Sherry of Liberty.
