A Celebration of Life service, will be held on Saturday,

March 30, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Worthville Community Center.

Thomas was son of the late John and Helena McGuire Patz;

and was also preceded in death by sisters, Mary Regina Patz,

Elizabeth Pfeister Helena Mary Patz; brothers, Richard and Theodore Patz.

Surviving is his wife of 33 years, Diana Tripp Patz;ex-wife, Lois Lendvay: daughters, Laurie Manelick (Rudolph)

of Youngsville, PA., Maryanna Snyder (Larry Westfall) of Sheffield, Pa, Tammy Clark of Lakewood, NY, Amie Barefoot (Aaron) of Sophia, NC, Melissa Strickland (Tracy) of Asheboro, NC, “Adopted” Dawn Garcia; sisters, Emma Myers of Cresson, PA., Rose Bradley of Franklinville, NC, Margaret Johnston of Asheville, PA; brothers, John Patz, Jr. of Altoona, PA., Donald Patz of Canoe Creek, PA., Kenneth Patz of Cresson, PA., Wayne Patz, Randolph, NY, 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
