Born September 22, 1997 in Webster, Texas, Andre is the loving son of Robert and Kay Williams. He is survived by his brother, Deven Williams. Grandson of Mike and Kathy Liemandt. He is the nephew of Darrick Smith, Matt Liemandt (Lizzy), Brian Liemandt (Michelle), Mark Liemandt (Haley) and Timmy Liemandt (Jamie). He is also survived by six cousins, Chloe, Katy-Rose, Brek, Sammy, Monroe and Marin.
