Frederick was born to parents Robert and Josephine Cosper in Coco Solo, Panama on January 30, 1942.
Survivors include his wife Rosemarie Cosper; daughter; Cara Penn (Damon), sons; Jonathan Cosper (Jenny), Scott Crenshaw (Renee) and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends.
Garry's Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at Calvary Chapel Boca Raton (East), 1551 W Camino Real, Boca Raton, FL 33486-8454 . Service will start at 2:00p.m.
