Margaret Doretta Daigle

Margaret Doretta Daigle, lovingly known as “Dee,” a spirited matriarch and beloved heart of her family, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2026, at the age of 84, surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born on May 2, 1941, in Newark, New Jersey, to Frances Chester and Edna Ryan, who preceded her in death. Dee married the love of her life, Robert V. Daigle, in 1969.

Dee was an avid animal lover, a devout Catholic, and a longtime parishioner of Saint Ambrose Catholic Church. She was also a proud member of the Moose Lodge. Her faith, compassion, and vibrant spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.

She is survived by her children, Joyce Cole, Susan Madison, Robert Daigle, Christine Fucci, and Bonnie Betker; as well as her cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nephews.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert V. Daigle.

Dee will be remembered for her strength and unwavering love for her family. Her presence will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of those who loved her.

A funeral Mass will be held on May 2, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at Saint Ambrose Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Deerfield Beach Memorial Cemetery, at 11:00 a.m. Family and friends are invited to gather afterward for refreshments at Hillsboro El Rio Park to celebrate Dee’s life.
