Mr. Pristo will long be remembered. He was a 'larger than life' figure to me. I saw him as a successful and adventurous entrepreneur, who accomplished a tremendous amount during his lifetime. But the greatest accomplishment was his longtime marriage to Lillian, and the beautiful and talented family they created. I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to work for him, and I will always be grateful for the things I learned during my years at Preston, Inc. Many years ago when I was a young man just starting out in business Mr. Pristo provided me with the opportunity to insure his many properties by the sea. That opportunity came for me a fortuitous time. Through hard work and attention that opportunity turned into a business relation ship since 1984. I remember Bob as a fair and likeable person. Mr Pristo led such a remarkable life. Reading about his life and seeing the beautiful pictures are inspiring. To Victoria, I know this is a great loss for you as you always held your father in the highest regard.
