

Wendy was born March 18, 1938 in Chicago, IL. She grew up in Chicago where she met and married, John Francis Henry (1958) and started a family. Wendy and Jack lived in Chicago until 1974 and then moved to Eden Prairie, MN, where they resided over 42 years. They enjoyed vacationing to their cottage in Camp Lake, WI; enjoyed traveling (especially to Ireland), holidays and spending time with their family and friends. Wendy was the steadfast matriarch of the family and never missed celebrating a birthday, holiday, and graduation or wedding ceremony. She was well known for her innate sense of style, beautiful penmanship, selling fine fragrances for nearly 20 years and working beside her husband selling World’s Finest Chocolate for more than 40 years. She devoted her life to her husband and six children, was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by her family and all those who knew her. Due to the current health guidelines, future memorial services will be announced to take place in both Chicago, IL. and Eden Prairie, MN. in June of 2021.
Preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, John (Jack) Francis Henry on June 29, 2013; and by her sons, John Daley, Matthew James, Stuart Mark; grandson Luke Francis Spallone; her parents, Russell (Bud) Daley & Ruth Helen (Cosby) Mull; brother, Noel Harrison Daley.
She is survived by her children, Jane Ellen Henry, Beth Ann (Henry) Spallone (Robert), Amy Ruth Henry (Ted Proulx), Stephen Joseph Henry (Lee), Paul Gerard Henry (Alana) & John Francis Henry II; six grandchildren Matthew and Ava (Beth) Spallone, Jackson, Carter (Stephen), Will and Brady (Paul) as well as many nieces and nephews and brother, Jeffery T Daley.
