William was born to parents Jose Leon and Josefa Rivera in Ponce, Puerto Rico on January 5, 1963.
He is survived by a loving and devoted spouse, Wilda Leon; sons, Billy, Anthony and Jimmy Leon, Gilbert Morales and Phillip Camacho; daughters, Sarah Camacho and Jasmin Morales; mother, Josefa Leon; 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends
