Carl J. Noonan

Carl J. Noonan, 53, of Lima, formerly of Delphos, died at 3:48 p.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at St. Rita’s Medical Center. He was born Aug. 24, 1957, in Lima, to James M. and Rita M. (Lindeman) Noonan who preceded him in death.

Surviving are three brothers: Frank (Sue) Noonan of Ft. Wayne, Phil (Cathy) Noonan of Granger, IN and Joe Noonan of New Philadelphia; four sisters: Jane (Dave) Rutledge of Lima, Helen (Jim) Bauer of Defiance, Alice Noonan of Columbus and Patty Noonan of Columbus; a brother-in-law, Ken Wise of Delphos; nineteen nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his many friends and associates at Marimor Workshop and the Mary Ann Brown Center.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Wise.

Mass of Christian burial will begin at 11:00 a.m., Friday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Delphos, with Fr. Mel Verhoff officiating. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery, Delphos.

Visitation will be on Thursday, from 4-8 p.m., at the Siferd-Orians Funeral Home, Lima, where a Parish Wake service will be held at 8:00 p.m. There will also be one hour of visitation on Friday at church prior to the Mass.
