

Diressa Mae “Dee” Money, 90, of Lima passed away 10:30 a.m. Monday, January 11, 2016 at Springview Manor Nursing Home. She was born on April 8, 1925 in Middlesboro, Kentucky to William Frank & Mary Alice (Partin) Fraiser and they preceded her in death. She was first married to Granville Goodin who preceded her in death and she then married Joseph Money who also preceded her in death.
Dee was a wonderful homemaker, who was totally involved with and loved her family. She was a member of a CB club with the handle of “Rabbit Lady”. She was also a dedicated member of The Lima Missionary Baptist Church.
Her survivors include her children, Ricky Goodin , Debra (Kim) Ferguson, Virgle Goodin , James Goodin; her stepchildren, Charles Denver Money, Joseph Money, Marcia Lewis and Linda Hyder. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, her siblings, Irene Hubbard and Louise Steckman. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jerry Sue Foust, a grandson, Phillip Foust, the following siblings, Joan Jones, Pauline Beeler, Virgle Fraiser and her half siblings, Grace and Clayburn Partin.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 15, 2016 at SIFERD-ORIANS FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Terry Brock officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held Friday, January 15 from 12 Noon until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
