Euletta M. (Horstman) Von Sossan, 78, of Ft. Jennings, died at 10:50 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017 at her residence. She was born Jan. 21, 1938 in Ft. Jennings to Edward and Dorothy (Bigelow) Horstman. She was married to the late Paul Gasser and formerly married to Robert Von Sossan.
Surviving are her children: Char Elling, Brenda Von Sossan and Sabrina Von Sossan all of Ft. Jennings; grandchildren: Fayth and Matthew Elling; great-granddaughter Evee Ohman; granddogs Roxie, Gapper and Oliver; and siblings: Agatha (George) Kerns of Delphos and Gerald Horstman of Ft. Jennings; a sister-in-law, Elaine Gerding of Glandorf and a brother-in-law, Paul Hemker of Delphos.
She was preceded in death by the following siblings and their spouses: Harold Horstman, Denelda (Richard) Brokamp, Rita Hemker, Delores (Lynn) Meeker and Carl Horstman.
Euletta retired as a florist and designer. She then worked for nearly twenty years at the Family Chiropractic Center, Ottoville for Dr. Brian Saxton. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Ft. Jennings.
Graveside services will begin at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 14, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Ft. Jennings, with Fr. Charles Obinwa officiating.
