Mrs. Ilo May Turner

Ilo was born February 24, 1917, in Harding Co. to Newton & Josephine (Rhodes) Klingler who preceded her in death. On June 6, 1941, she married William H. Turner, who also preceded her in death, on November 7, 1991. Ilo was a homemaker. She is a past member of both St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Ada, and Allentown Methodist Church in Lima.

She is survived by her two daughters, Janice May Jacobs of Escondido, CA, Mary Lou Marlatt, of Lima, one son, Daniel (Roseanne) Turner, of Fort Wayne, IN, nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, four step-great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

Ilo was preceded in death by her son, William Turner Jr., sister Evelyn Duff, brother Victor Klingler, and son-in-law William Marlatt.

Funeral service will be 10:00 AM, Friday, February 14, 2014, at SIFERD-ORIANS FUENRAL HOME, 506 N. Cable Rd., Lima , with Pastor David Stanford officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul’s Cemetery in Ada. Visitation will be from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM on Thursday, February 13, 2014, at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home.
