Phillip A Altaffer

Phillip Allan Altaffer, 37, of Lima passed away 1:40 p.m. Sunday, November 19, 2017 at Mercy Health, St. Rita’s Medical Center. He was born in Bryan, Ohio on August 9, 1980 to Merle Allan & Cynthia Jean (Schmidt) Altaffer and they survive in Lima.

Along with his parents, he is survived by his significant other, Michelle Burgoon, his four children, twins-Bryson Allan and Jasmine Jane Altaffer, Melanie Ann Altaffer and Alexis Ann Altaffer. He is also survived by his brother, Ryan Joseph (Danielle) Altaffer. He also leaves many other relatives and friends.

Phillip was employed at Papa Johns. He was an avid Ohio State and Cleveland Browns fan, he truly loved his family and adored his children.

Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 p.m., Saturday, November 25, 2017 at SIFERD-ORIANS FUNERAL HOME with his great Uncle, Father Ken Schroeder officiating. It was Phillip’s request to have his body cremated.

In lieu of flowers, a trust fund has been started at the Chase Bank for his children’s future.
