Robert Bob Jay Schug

Robert Jay Schug, 67 of Lima passed away in the Emergency Room of St Rita’s Medical Center 8:31 a.m., Thursday, May 10, 2012. He was born on February 14, 1945 in Lima to Robert Otto & Virginia (Williamson) Schug, Robert died in February, 1999, Virginia survives in Portage, Michigan. He married Paulette(Brewer) Schug on March 22, 1969 and she passed away Nov. 13, 1990.

Robert is survived by a daughter, Tracy Adams of Lima, one granddaughter, Courtney Wilcox of Lima, and a brother Joseph Lee (Karen) Schug of Portage, Michigan.

Mr. Schug is retired from West Ohio Gas where he was employed as a Dispatcher working there from 1969 – 1997. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy.

Funeral Services will be Monday, May 14, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. with the Rev. Terry Brock officiating.

Friends may call Monday May 14 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home.

Burial will be on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 2 p.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery, with military rites conducted by V.F.W. Post 1275.
