Isabel passed away on March 1, 2024 after a short stay in an assisted living facility in Lincoln, CA.
Isabel was 95 years old and would have turned 96 on March 28th.
Born in Lower Lake on March 28, 1928 to Bill and Lulu White. She is survived by her sister, Billie Ann Ellington, sons Ira Billick and Mark Billick, 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
