

Constance “Connie” Caroline Coolidge (Faiferek), age 85, passed away on May 4, 2024, at her home in Lincoln, Ca., surrounded by family. She was the oldest of ten children. Connie is survived by her daughter Karen (Jon) Lockhart and her son Andrew Coolidge; ten grandchildren Candice, Courtney, Christian, Megan, Mackenzie, Conrad, Leeza, Caroline, Scaasi, and Adrian; and two great-grandchildren Mateo and Mazie. Connie is also survived by five siblings, including Rosemary (Dennis) Thibideau, Philip (Dianne) Faiferek, and Delores Rekstad, and many nieces and nephews. Connie was preceded in death by her son Stephen J. Coolidge, siblings Patricia Goggin, Roland Faiferek, Henry Faiferek, and Stephen Faiferek, and her former husband Stanley A. Coolidge, Jr.
Connie was born in Chicago, IL on July 30, 1938. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Biology. Connie loved photography, gardening, gourmet food, reading, traveling the world, and spending time with her family. During her lifetime, Connie was involved with many organizations including Yuba-Sutter United Way, U.S. Census, Yuba County Grand Jury, 4-H, Girls Scouts, Boy Scouts, Campfire, and Yuba-Sutter Little League. Connie also worked as a phlebotomist, clinical medical technician, process server, travel agent and she even owned her own business, C-5 Services.
Connie’s funeral will be held at the Lincoln Funeral Home on Friday, June 28, 2024 starting at 11:00 am. Burial will follow the services at the Lincoln Cemetery. Flowers can be sent to the Lincoln Funeral Home or a donation can be made in honor of Connie to colon cancer research or the Catholic Church.
