Jack was loved by many and survived by a family who cared for him deeply. He is survived by a wife of 35 joyful years, Linda D. Beame; Son Jack Beame Jr of Caldwell, Idaho and daughter-in-law Tonya; Daughter Tammy Fagerlie-Beame and son-in-law Jay Fagerlie of Pollock Pines, California; Grandson Jason Fagerlie and spouse Andrea; Grandson Anthony Beame and his spouse Anneliese; Granddaughter Brittany Woodworth and her spouse Kyle; Great grandson Drevin Hall; Stepchildren Larry Hern Jr. of San Francisco, California; Joe Hern of Wheatland, California; Steven Hern and his spouse Tonya of Wheatland, California; Grandchildren Colten Hern; Logan Hern; Austin Hern; and Shelby Hern.
Jack took great pride in teaching his children and grandchildren how to fix cars and repair or build just about anything. When Jack wasn't spending time with his family he enjoyed woodworking, metal work, gardening, and canning.
Jack was also known for using his ingenuity and resourcefulness to design and build machines like a distribution box production turn table, a forklift specifically designed to haul and dump walnuts at walnut dryers, a tire recycler, and a pruning man-lift for an elderly farmer. These are just a few of the phenomenal items that Jack designed and built to make life easier for his friends and family.
He was described as being someone who would help anyone in need with no thanks asked and nothing expected in return. He was the kind of person who would strike up a conversation with anyone and leave them a better person for it. He will be missed deeply by many.
A celebration of life will be determined by the Beame family at a later date.
