

Born on February 12, 1938, Jackie lived a life centered on family and friends, devoted to those she loved most.
Jackie was the beloved wife of Raymond P. Boucher, who preceded her in death in 2020. Together, they built a loving home and raised their family in Attleboro, Massachusetts, where they created countless cherished memories. Later in life, they moved to Citrus County, Florida, where they enjoyed many happy years together.
She was the devoted mother of Linda (Boucher) Laliberte, Thomas Boucher and his wife, Kathy Shone, Holly (Boucher) Moore and her husband, Scott, Brooke Boucher, and her daughter-in-law Cheryl (Perry) Boucher. Her son, Michael Boucher, predeceased Jackie in 2018.
Jackie was a proud and loving grandmother to Richelle (Laliberte) Bard, Jaclyn (Laliberte) Pecarina and her husband Adam, Emily Boucher, Elizabeth Boucher and her husband Corry Salone, Danielle (Boucher) Thomas and her wife, Lib, and Christopher Boucher and his wife, Ting Ling. She was also blessed with four great-grandchildren: Audrey Pecarina, Kaia Pecarina, Roland Boucher, and Remy Boucher, all of whom brought her immense joy.
She is also survived by her dear sister, Anita (Lemire) Laliberte, and sister-in-law Olivia Lemire. She was predeceased by her brothers, Ronald Lemire, Leonard Lemire, and Reginald Lemire.
She is also survived by extended family including in-laws Rita (Boucher) Fyfe, Audrey Boucher, Roger Boucher, Robert Boucher and his wife Evelyn, and Richard Boucher, along with many loving nieces and nephews.
In recent years, Jackie spent time living in Tennessee near her sister Anita. In her final years, she resided in Lincoln, California, with Holly, Scott, and her beloved furbaby Queenie, surrounded by the love and care of family.
Jackie will be remembered for her strength, independence, and deep love for her family. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched.
A memorial service will be held on May 22, 2026, at 1:00 PM PST at Lincoln Funeral Home in Lincoln, California. Family and friends on the East Coast may view the service remotely beginning at 4:00 PM EST.
