Jeffrey William Foge

Jeffrey W. Foge, age 83, passed away Sunday May 4, 2025. He was born Aug 22,1941, in San Francisco, Ca. He married at a young age, had 4 children, and moved to Napa Valley. Later he moved to Sacramento, Ca where he connected with an old school friend Claudine Cordova Ortiz, whom he married in Oct of 1994, and resided in Lincoln, Ca. They were married for 31 years!

Jeff is preceded in death by his parents Norm and Catherine Foge, his brother Norm, and sister Kay, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jeff is survived by his wife Claudine, his children Jeff (Michele), Jim, Kerry, and Courtney and his stepdaughters Francine (Carl), Christine (Stefan), and Karen along with many grandchildren, step grandchildren, a great grandchild, and a couple “soon to be” great grandchildren!

Jeff will be remembered for his love of sports! He enjoyed attending his children’s sporting events in his younger years and then continued to support his love of all pro sporting events, especially golf, in which Jeff continued to play until he was 80 years old! Jeff especially enjoyed the SF 49ers! He had a very special connection to many as they would watch together every Sunday during Football season .. even when they were in different time zones across the states! Jeff had many friends and enjoyed his time with the longtime friendships from school, his golf buddies, and those new friends he made from his Sun City Community and parish church in Lincoln!

But Jeff will be especially remembered for the sweet, kind, gentle soul he had. He continued to remain positive and laughing, making jokes up until the very end. He loved his family immensely! And in return he was loved by his wife, children, grandchildren, and many friends unconditionally. He will truly be missed greatly!

Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 280 Oak Tree Lane, Friday, June 27th from 11:30am to 12:30pm. A reception will immediately follow in the family center.
