Joe is preceded in death by his father John Kelly and his mother Irene Monnier. Joe is survived by his wife Tina Kelly, son Matthew Johnson, daughter Samantha Vega, son Jarrett Kelly, sister Lisa Officer, brothers John, Charles and Frank Kelly, grandsons Robert and Jeremiah Johnson and his son-in-law Rafael Vega.
Joe loved Nascar, Motorcross, Indy Cars, Jeeping with Jarrett and friends, camping with family and friends, fishing and working on cars. Some major achievements include 35+ years in the HVAC industry, restoring his 1971 Datsun 510, building his shop, remodeling the family home and most of all, his children and loving wife of 34 years.
Services will be held at the Lincoln Funeral Home, at 406 H St. Lincoln CA 95648 on 11/21/2025 at 11:30am, followed by the celebration of life at Turkey Creek Golf Course, 1525 State Highway 193 Lincoln CA 95648.
