Corrinne May Splichal of Lincoln, Nebraska passed away on Friday July 25, 2025 at the age of 94. She was born on August 4, 1930 to Phillip William Wolfe and Mary Evelyn (Ryerson) Wolfe in Schuyler, Nebraska. Corrinne married Joseph Paul Splichal on June 27, 1948.
Corrinne worked several years at Russell Stovers and Ovaltine in Lincoln. She was a member of women’s VFW auxiliary where she served as president for several years. Corrinne enjoyed family, friends and playing bingo at the Willard Senior Center. She also enjoyed her vegetable garden and many flowers.
Those left to mourn are sons Don Splichal of Eureka Springs, AR. Phillip (Leah) Splichal of Fort Pierre, SD. Jim (Nancy) Splichal of North Platte, NE. Gerald Splichal of Lincoln, NE. Her daughters Joanne Bostwick of Auburn, NE and Mary (Dan) Petry of Wildwood, MO. Sister Janice Murdock of Wichita, KS. Corrinne also had many loving and caring grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
Corrinne was preceded in death by her husband Joseph, baby daughter Geraldine, son Joseph W. along with brothers Wayne Wolfe, Wilbur Wolfe, Melvin (Stub) Wolfe and sister Phyllis Christiansen.
