

She was baptized on April 1, 1984, at Faith Lutheran Church. She graduated from Lincoln High School, attended cosmetology school at the College of Hair Design and had training in Home Health Care. She worked as a para for Lincoln Public Schools with special needs children, was a waitress at various restaurants, most recently at Leighton’s Pub and worked doing Home Health Care for children and the elderly. She was also a caregiver for special needs children, which included caring for her nephew, Rylan.
She was always fun-loving and feisty, having whipped cream fights on Thanksgiving, pulling practical jokes on people, making snow angels and going sledding. She had a special gift with babies and children. She loved Mickey Mouse and enjoyed going to Disney World with her sister many times. She owned no less than 8 Disney dresses. Riding on motorcycles was another one of her passions, with boyfriend Rick Bundfuss, Uncle Gary, and other friends over the years. She also enjoyed kayaking, swimming, boating and camping. She very much loved her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Tylea Cross, Jaden Miles, Richard Grace, Jr, and Tristan Grace; grandchildren, Ezryn Hicken, Bowie Doppler, parents, Pamela and Marvin Rumery, Mark and Laurie Cabrales; siblings, Christopher Adkins, Matthew Rumery (Tina), Jeremy Cabrales (Tameaka), Andrea Quick (Derek), Marvin Rumery Jr, Jessica Mlynek (Benjamin), Stephanie Saunders (Quinn). Many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by sister, Angela Rumery and grandparents, Lawrence and Helen Johnson, Alex and Eva Cabrales and Marvin Rumery.

Interment will be located at Lincoln Memorial cemetery, following the services.
Reception will be held, after the interment, at Holy Savior Lutheran Church, 4710 N 10th St, Lincoln, NE in their fellowship hall.
