Jeanell Grace (Ang) Nelson, was born August 10, 1943 in Raymond, NE to Oscar and Marjorie (Sterns) Ang. She graduated from Malcolm High School in 1960. Jeanell resided in Georgetown, Texas, but had recently come back home to Nebraska to be with her family. She passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at The Grace Space in Lincoln, NE.
Jeanell is survived by her son Dave Eilers and wife Deb of Firth, NE, daughter Shannon (Nelson) Heninger and husband Paul of Lincoln; She was also a proud grandma to her 6 grandchildren: Sam Eilers (Rebekah); Cassandra Shotkoski (Bryant); Lauren Eilers, Eli Heninger, Grant Heninger and Addie Heninger. 3 great granddaughters: Evelynn Eilers, Miley Shotkoski and Maeve Eilers; and her sister Della Murkle of Lincoln.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Leon and brother-in-law Darrell Murkle.
A graveside service for the family is being planned.
