Kenneth Dahlke

He retired from the Nebraska State Patrol after 33 years, as a Lieutenant, badge #114. Throughout his tenure, he received many commendations. He was awarded the superintendent’s citation for meritorious service, the superintendent’s group citation three times, and the superintendents distinguished service award five times. He was most recently an Investigator for the State of Nebraska Department of Education.

He enjoyed Harley Davidson motorcycles, was an avid motorcycle rider which led him to riding in nearly all 50 states, and was the Director of Frontier Hog Chapter #4367. Among all these things, his three sons were his proudest achievements.

Kenneth is survived by sons; Casey (Heather) of Hallam, NE, Colby (Michelle) of Lincoln, NE, and Connor of Lincoln, NE. His mother, Amelia of Grand Island, brother, Martin (Julie) of Lincoln, NE, and niece Kaitlyn sister, Marilyn (Dale) Earl of Phoenix, AZ, and his dog, Gus.

Preceded in death by his father John and infant brother, Jeffrey.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00pm, Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home. 6800 S. 14th Street, Lincoln, NE 68512.

Graveside services will be at 4:00pm, Friday, November 20, 2020, at the Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery. 6700 S. 14thStreet, Lincoln, NE 68512. Please meet at Gate #2.
