Luom “Kim” Francisco, 77, of Lincoln, NE passed away due to complications from Influenza on February 19th, 2025. Born Nguyen Thi Luom on January 22, 1948, in Vinh Long, Vietnam, she immigrated to the United States in 1973 with her husband William “Bill” Francisco who was a GI in the Vietnam War.
Kim is survived by her 3 children: Sean (Kerri), Todd (Tonja), and Heather (Adam), and grandchildren Payton, Zachary, Bryce, Tianna, Baylee, and Amelia in the United States. She is also survived by her brothers, sisters, and their families in Vietnam.
Kim enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, cooking, playing card games, fishing, and watching Asian dramas. She will be remembered for her sacrifice for her family by coming to the United States, and for sharing Vietnamese culture with those that surrounded her.
Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm, on Sunday, July 27, 2025 at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home
