Randy was born on October 9, 1966 in Lincoln, Nebraska to parents Paul and Barbara Meyer.
He graduated from Northeast High School in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1985. He was a meat cutter at Del Gould and he worked at Le Quartier Bakery.
Randy loved motorcycling, and was a big cat lover, for which he owned many cats himself.
He is survived by his mother; Barbara Meyer of Lincoln, Nebraska, brother; Kevin Meyer of Lincoln, Nebraska, sister; Julie Gear of Tampa, Florida, and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father; Paul Meyer, and many extended family members.
