Terry Brennfoerder, born June 27, 1948 to Anna and Harley Brennfoerder, passed away November 11, 2015. Terry worked at Belmont Construction Company and Lincoln Telephone & Telegraph Co. Terry was president of the American Council of the Blind, Lincoln chapter; Frank H. Wood Cellphone Pioneers, and several other organizations for the blind.Active member of First Baptist Church, Lincoln, and avid sports fan, especially the Pirates.
Preceded in death by his parents Anna and Harley Brennfoerder, brother Leon, sister-in-law Cindy Brennfoerder, and father-in-law Edgar Stilwell.
Survived by wife, Sharon Brennfoerder, Lincoln; sons Chris (Becky) Brennfoerder, Lincoln, Scott Brennfoerder, Omaha; daughter Tina (Jeff) Lengel, Lincoln; mother-in-law Rose Stilwell; grandchildren, Kyle, Jessica, and Chelsey Brennfoerder, Jeffrey, Stephanie, and John Eggerss, and Taylor Lengel; step grandchildren Liz and Russ Ogg, and Matthew Lengel; great grandchild, Faye Valentine Ogg.
Services will be held at First Baptist Church at 1340 K St, Lincoln at 10:30 a.m. Monday November 16th. Family greeting friends at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 6800 S. 14th St., Lincoln, Sunday November 15th from 1-4 pm. Memorial to the family for future use
