Wayne John Engelbart, age 96, of Lincoln, passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021. Wayne was born November 18, 1924 to John and Helen Engelbart. Wayne was a proud survivor of WWII and was an active member of the Hallam American Legion for 70 plus years. Wayne is survived by his children, Marilyn "Marne" LaBrillo, Roger (Toni) Engelbart; 5 grandchildren, Jodi (Jason) Howell, James (Corrine) Schulz, Jeff (Krissie) Schulz, Anthony LaBrillo, Nicholas LaBrillo; 9 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A visitation for Wayne will be held Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 6800 S 14th St., Lincoln, NE 68512. A celebraton of life will be 10:00 am Friday, November 5, 2021 at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home. 6800 S 14th St. Lincoln, NE 68512. Masks are required indoors.
