Charles S. Clark Jr, was born on June 10, 1930 in N.Y. to the late Charles Clark senior, Gladys Williams in Harlem N.Y. Charles was educated in N.Y. school. Not to long after high school. He met his wife Martha Bailey married March of 1953. They then relocated to N.J. And from this loving union they conceived 2. He was employed by RCA in Rahway then went on to work for Lockwood Village in Roselle as maintenance. That is where he gained the passion for greenery. Charles would sweep the front of his house every morning & evening. He also loved to shoot pool. Called the One Arm Bandit at the local pool hall. He also had a love for politicking.

Charles departed this life on November 8,2022. He was preceded by his son Melvin Clark. He leaves to cherish his memories to his wife Martha Clark, his daughter Gladys Clark,(Jarvis) His sister in law Anna Johnson, in law Minnie Mitchell. 6 grandchildren Alnisa Thomas, Karriem Davis, Amiel Clark, Tamilea Clark, Kasim Hunt, Alnieca Clark. 16 great grand, 13 great great grand and a host of relatives & friends.

A visitation for Charles will be held Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036. Following the visitation will be the funeral at Ernst Memorial Cemetery, 328 Ernston Rd, Parlin, NJ 08859.
