

Eddie passed peacefully and comfortably in his home surrounded by his loving & devoted family on February 2nd, 2026.
Born on April 9th, 1945, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, to Arturo & Juanita Allers.
Eddie grew up in 610 Riverside Drive, New York City from the age of two. He established himself and his family in the Bronx where he worked 23 years with Avis Rent Car and later became Secretary Treasurer of Local 272 Garage Employee’s Union for 15 years.
He later moved his family to Union, New Jersey, where he became the unofficial Mayor of Mayfair Road and created incredible friendships which later transpired into a strong, loving and supportive family bond. Eddie made sure our neighbors were notified of all garbage pick-up and participated in neighborhood watch. He loved to host and entertain his family and friends.
For everyone who knew Eddie or was graced with his presence, his personality and big heart filled the room. He had amazing sense of selflessness and constant generosity towards others. He was a big believer of living life to the fullest and he did just that.
Eddie was a devoted husband to his wife Milagros Allers of 49 years. He went above and beyond for his family and friends. He is survived by his dedicated wife Millie, his loving children Jeannine Allers, Michelle Allers, Christopher Allers and his Fiancé Amanda Triolo, & Angela Vazquez and her husband Daniel Vazquez; His grandchildren, Jessica, Joel, Nathalia, Matthew, Anthony and his great grandchild Kamani. Eddie is also survived by his nephew Freddie Allers and wife Becky Allers & Niece Diane Allers.

A memorial service will be held at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, located at 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ, 07036, United States. The service is scheduled for February 10, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
