
Edward John Mironski, age 94, of Pittstown, New Jersey passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021 peacefully with his loving children by his side. Edward was born April 26, 1926 to the late Alex and Ann Mironski in Scranton, PA. Edward enlisted in the US Marine Corp and served our great country from 1944 to 1953. Upon completion of his military service, he returned home and was a supervisor for the City of Elizabeth's Department of Water. Edward was an avid member of the Polish American Legion, VFW, and the Knights of Columbus.
Edward was predeceased by his loving wife of 45 years, Stella Mironski (Wodzinski) and daughter Cynthia M Mironski and his 2 brothers and 6 sisters.
Edward is survived by children Linda Soltys (Mironski) and husband Roger, Edward S Mironski and wife Paula, Glenn P Mironski and significant other Donna Quick, grandchildren Christopher J, Edward P, Alexandria S, Daniella M, and Tiffani A, great grandchild Jaxson B, brother-in-law Frank Wodzinski, sister-in-law Irene Wodzinski, and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral for Edward will be held Friday, March 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM Mount Calvary Cemetery in Linden, NJ 07036. The family requested the funeral be for immediate family only.
