Josiane R. (Chabourel) Milano

Josiane was born and raised in Bar de luc, France. Her appreciation for American soldiers during the war encouraged her to take a job at the local Army Base PX. There she met the love of her life; a very handsome Private named Frankie. They began dating without knowing each other's language and were married a year later. After having their daughter, she had to say goodbye to her beloved parents and brother to fly to America to start their new life together. God blessed them with a son 6 years later.

Josiane was a beautiful person inside and out. She was known for her compassion, grace and her huge heart. Her life was dedicated to her family and others. She was a caregiver for her grandchildren and to the disabled and the elderly in her neighborhood. She selflessly put others before herself.

Her job on earth is now complete. Perhaps Heaven was missing an angel.

Josiane was the beloved wife of Frank Milano, Jr., devoted mother of Florence Gazzo and her husband Richard, Anthony Milano and his wife Kathy. Cherished grandmother of Anthony Milano, Matthew Milano and Ria Milano. Loving aunt of Laeticia Chabourel, Kellie Milano, Kristin Milano and Katie Milano.

Dear sister-in-law of Caroline Milano, Raymonde Chabourel and Elaine Milano.

She was predeceased by her parents; Leon and Rose Chabourel, brother Jean Pierre Chabourel, sister Jacotte Chabourel, mother-in-law Marie Milano, father-in-law Frank Milano, Sr., and brother-in-law Ralph Milano.

Visiting for Josaine will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024, 4:00-7:00 pm at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, Linden.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a funeral on Friday, September 13, 2024. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 am. Entombment St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
