Luz Celenia Cruz Vazquez passed away on September 13th, 2023 at 5:17am at Trinitas Hospital. She went into Cardiac Arrest as her cause of death. Luz was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on March 17th, 1954. She has 3 sisters, Maria Cruz, Felecita Hernandez & “Tia Titi”. She moved to New Jersey at the age of 17 years old. Luz established herself working at Arnold’s clothing store in Elizabeth, NJ. She was married to Arnaldo Feliciano & they were both blessed enough to later go onto having 3 children, Armando, Hector, and Lisa Feliciano. Luz was a sweet generous soul. She was always lively looking with a great appeal that brought smiles to others faces. She always had a smile that brightened up even the saddest of moods. She loved music, dancing, singing & her kids. Her favorite things to do were watch novelas, spend time with her kids & grandkids, play bingo, cook, go to the casinos in Atlantic City, go to Seaside Heights, and dance. Luz will especially be remembered as a beautiful, strong, encouraging, happy, playful, smart woman.

A visitation for Luz will be on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Avenue Linden. A prayer service will be held at 8:00 PM. Burial will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, 10:00 AM at Rosehill Cemetery in Linden.
