Michele Di Maria, age 88, of Elizabeth, New Jersey passed away at home with his family by his side on Saturday June 22, 2019. Michele was born November 23, 1930 in Ribera Italy, and came to America in 1976.He was employed with Local-3 Labor Union in Scotch Plains.
Michele is survived by his loving wife, Vincenza Preti; his son, Martino DiMaria; 2 daughters, Anna DiMaria Sarullo and husband Gaetano, Carmela DiMaria Fernandez and her husband Jerry; a sister, Rosaria DiMaria- Caternichia; 7 loving grandchildren, Vincenzo- Sarullo, Laura Merlo, Michael Sarullo, Gabriella DiMaria, Alexander Fernandez, Christian Fernandez, and Robert Fernandez.
A Visitation for Michele will be held at the Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, 2124 East Saint George Ave, Linden, NJ 07036 Tuesday, June 25, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM . A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St Anthony's RC Church, 853 3rd Ave,, Elizabeth, NJ 07202. Followed by an entombment at Fairview Cemetery, 1100 E Broad St, Westfield, NJ 07090.
