Robert L Kazalonis

Mr. Kazalonis was a U.S. Marine Veteran. He was a member of Martin Danowski Detachment Marine Corps League of Linden, Bayway Polish Home of Elizabeth, Polish Legion of American Veterans Post 91 of Linden, Knights of Columbus Linden Council 2859. He was a communicant of St. Hedwig's RC Church of Elizabeth, where he served as an usher, worked their carnival, and was a Boy Scout and cub leader.

Robert was a forklift operator for Thomas & Betts, Elizabeth, for 32 years, retiring in 2000. He also worked for the Elizabeth Board of Education.

Mr. Kazalonis was the beloved husband for 52 years of Barbara (Waleski) Kazalonis, devoted father of Lisa Coleman and her husband Richard, and Robert Kazalonis. Cherished grandfather of Haley, Natalie and Julia. He was predeceased by his sister Joan Schessler.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Saturday, November 14, 2020, 9:00 am from the funeral home. Funeral mass will be offered at St. Hedwig RC Church, Elizabeth 10:00 am, followed by an interment at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.

Visiting Friday, November 13, 4:00-8:00 pm.
