Mr. Kenneth G. Harris

Auburn- Kenneth Guy Harris 80, of Ridge Rd. Lisbon Falls died Friday May 13, 2011 at The Hospice House of Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice. He was born in West Bath on June 3, 1930 a son of the late Kenneth J. and Ruth A. (Parker) Harris. He was educated in Lisbon and attended Lisbon High School. He proudly served his country in the US Navy. Ken married the former Arlene Jones on June 30, 1951. He owned and operated Ken's Auto Sales for many years. Ken enjoyed antique automobiles and going to antique automobile shows. He also enjoyed eating out, being with his family and Sunday rides with his wife Arlene. Ken leaves his wife of almost 60 years, Arlene of Lisbon Falls, two sons James Harris and his wife Kathy of Lisbon Falls and David Harris and his wife Anita of Chelsea, a sister Virginia Starbird of Leeds, a brother Richard Olum and his wife Carol of Farmingdale, 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a special uncle, Walter Parker and his wife Blanche of Lisbon Falls.
