Lewiston- Mary Nemcik died Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, with her two loving daughters by her side. Mary was born in Melville, Saskatchewan on June 24, 1927, the daughter of Mary and Nick Pitsol. She worked many years at Jay Brush in Brunswick, ME. Mary was a member of the Prince of Peace Parish in Lewiston, and previously at St. Andrew's Church in Pejepscot.
Survivors include her two daughters; Kathleen Taylor and husband William of Cumberland, ME and Debra Leeman and husband Richard of Lewiston, ME, five grandchildren; Samantha Kopack and husband Kevin, Robert and Jesse Leeman, Nestor and Weston Taylor. Mary was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Micheal Nemcik, son Joseph, brother John Pitsol and sister Kathrine Gerac.
Mary's family would like to thank all of the staff and doctors at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center for their compassionate and caring treatment that they provided for Mary. It was greatly appreciated.

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, January 29, 2019, from 4-7pm at the Crosman Funeral Home, 40 Main St. Lisbon Falls, ME. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11am, Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at the Holy Family Church, 607 Sabattus St, Lewiston, ME. A committal service will be held in the spring.
