

Richard Joseph Lemay, 48 of Lisbon died peacefully on November 17, 2014. Richard was born in Lewiston on March 27, 1966; the son of Roger and Lorraine (Poulin) Lemay. He attended local schools and was a graduate of Lisbon High School. Richard was the owner and operator of “Lemay’s Enterprise”, his independent truck driving company. A job he loved. When Richard wasn’t working he was enjoying the outdoors. He liked to snowmobile, hunt, and fish. He especially enjoyed deep sea fishing. Richard was a loving son, brother, and uncle and loved to spend time with his family. He will be dearly missed by all his loving family and friends.Predeceasing Richard is his father Roger in 1982, a brother Paul in 1980 and a brother-in-law Charles. Surviving is his mother Lorraine Lemay of Lisbon; a sister Linda Hinkley of Wales; three brothers, Daniel Lemay of Lisbon, Gary Lemay and his wife Tammy of Bowdoin, and Jean Lemay and his wife Grace of Lisbon Falls. Also surviving are his nieces and nephews; Keith, Heather, Amy, Bethany, Hunter, Roger, and Destiny. Family and friends are invited to celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial for Richard at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 21 at Holy Trinity Church, 67 Frost Hill Ave. Lisbon Falls, ME. Burial will follow at St. Anne’s Cemetery. For those that desire the Lemay family suggests memorials be made in Richard’s name to the Androscogin Home Care-Hospice at www.ahch.org. Care for Richard and his family has been provided by the Crossman Funeral Home of Lisbon Falls.
